Social Cohesion

Entrepreneurs and government officials need to be frequently reminded about the social responsibility aspect of the work that they perform. Business would need to understand that their only function cannot remain self-enrich.The catalytic role of government and business to create opportunities in order to restore dignity must remain a primary function within all interactions.The construction and clothing manufacturing industry where the most job losses have occurred must be addressed first.The motivation would be to restore the balance which has been lost to apathy and hopelessness which permeates these industries.The employment of young people could reduce the crime statistic as many young people are involved in crime. Work programs must be introduced to an environment which reflects despair as this leads to issues of addiction and crime.
