Geopolitical games at play

In this life every person must decide for him/herself if they prefer to be consoled by deceit or hurt by the truth.

Diplomatic links between United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain and Israel exposed geopolitical fault lines amid Muslims. Whilst Arab regimes had secret links with Israel, Pres. Trump exposed the duplicity of Middle East politics.

Russia, China, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan etc. exist in in a similar sphere. Arabs led by Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain and the UAE is linked to USA and Israel. The rest of the Muslim world now consider their role in this “geopolitical game”.

A “game” where millions suffer and die. Already Yemen ruined by its neighbor chose Iran and Sudan is looking west.

Oddly the Palestinians, the key Muslim populace are cruelly abused and oppressed in this “geopolitical games”. Some may ask, why are Palestinians so vital when the terrain of occupied Palestine is so geographically limited in territory?

Oddly, the answer exists in history and future of what is measured by Jews, Christians and Muslims as “Holy Land”.

Prophesies linked to the Abrahamic faiths, Judaism, Christianity and Islam agree, that the “Holy Land” is where the Almighty God will permit the “Messiah” to emerge and who will govern the world with “sincere social justice” etc.

Jews like Christians and Muslims believe the Messiah will emerge from amongst their specific ranks. He will then lead them into a glorious battle against all their enemies. Afterwards one victorious faith will rule the earth. Ironically it is this ancient prophecy which dominates geo-political thought amongst many Abrahamic followers.

The prophecy may seem crazy to atheists. However, it is why the Temple Mount, the site on which Masjid Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock is built, is a “site of conflict” and cannot be lost by Muslims as it is linked to Abrahamic history.

Beyond spirituality, politically speaking, Palestinian right to dignity and self-determination is key to resolving conflict. Thus, war inflicted on Palestinians who do not have an army or war planes or tanks etc. is an act of cruelty by Israel.

The primitive royal family kingdoms which rule by decree in the Middle East are archaic and insulting to democratic process. It is only ordinary Palestinians and ordinary Israeli’s that hold the key to peace, not scheming politicians.

We must all learn from history, divine justice is inevitable and God always chooses the side of the oppressed.
