The Cllr Yagyah Adams as the Councillor for the Cape Muslim Congress sponsored two sheep to the Mosque in Eastridge and the Mosque in Tafelsig for Qurbaan for the celebration of Eid-ul-adha. The person responsible for managing the Qurbaan and the meat distribution at the Eastridge mosque is Boeta Yusuf the treasurer and at the Tafelsig Mosque is Imam Abdurazak Nordien.
