The Quran and Bible agrees
In response to Dr Bernhard Ficker 24th August inquiry “Do Bible, Quran differ on Adam on Eve and his letter “Does Quran mention Adam and Eve? On the 21st Sept.
In genesis verse 23 “So the LORD God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. 24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life”.
In genesis, the Bible and Quran agrees that Adam and Eve were required to leave “Garden of Eden”.
According to biblical scholars, the cherubim are spiritual beings whose form is unknown. They symbolize the presence of God. Two cherubim made out of gold were placed on top of the Ark of the Covenant, and the cherubim kept Adam and Eve from eating from the tree of life after they had sinned. The flaming sword, going in every direction, speaks of the wrath of God.
Secondly, it is recoded in the history of Prophet Muhammed that the Prophet said that the plain of Arafat is where Adam and Eve were allowed to meet after they were separated after they were asked to leave Paradise.
